To secure your preferred vehicle at the best rate, we recommend booking at least a few days in advance. Easy Way also offers last‑minute Dubai car rental with quick confirmation.
Yes. Reservations can be modified free of charge. Cancellations are allowed, but the 20% down payment is non‑refundable.
Pricing & Payment
Yes. Easy Way Car Rental Dubai offers two options: 1) refundable security deposit, returned within 21 days, or 2) a no‑deposit option with a small non‑refundable fee.
We accept cash (AED, USD, EUR), credit/debit cards, online links, crypto (USDT TRC‑20), and bank transfers, including RUB transfers to Russian cards.
Yes. We provide special discounted rates for weekly, monthly, and corporate car rental in Dubai. Contact us for tailored offers.
Documents & Requirements
You need a passport copy and a valid driving license (international if required). UAE residents must provide Emirates ID or UAE driver’s license.
The minimum age is 21 years old with at least 2 years of driving experience.
Delivery & Service
Yes. We deliver cars directly to DXB, DWC, AUH, and SHJ airports. Our driver meets you at the airport parking for a seamless handover.
Delivery time is usually 1–3 hours in Dubai. For other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Al Ain), please confirm in advance.
Yes. We provide car rental delivery to all Emirates in the UAE, making it easy to rent a car wherever you are.
Insurance & Policies
Yes. Standard insurance is always included with every car rental. Full insurance coverage is available at an additional cost.
Our mileage limits are 300 km per day, 1,500 km per week, or 4,500 km per month. Additional kilometers are available at extra charge.
No. Driving outside the UAE is strictly prohibited with Easy Way rental cars.
Extra Services
Yes. Child seats and GPS devices are available on request at the time of booking.
Each Easy Way car includes essentials such as a charging cable, bottled water, and wet wipes for your comfort.
